The Art of Plating

Culinary students join traditional Oaxacan cooks in a cooking contest to present their best dish.

Our first cooking contest for culinary students will be held on Saturday, September 28 at the Oaxaca Convention Center. The competition will pair the technique of the culinary students with the traditions of 50 Oaxacan cocineras as they work together to prepare and plate a winning dish.

Winning students will receive a certification course in Mexican Cuisine worth approximately $10,000USD, presented by Le Cordon Bleu México.
